The Waterpark in Alcudia

The waterpark in Alcudia is called the Hidropark, it is located on Avenida Tucan in the port of Alcudia near the hotel club Mac.

Although not as big as the water parks in the south of the island the Hidropark is certainly worth a visit and a fun day out can be had by all ages.

Many local families can be seen in the Hidropark on a Sunday afternoon enjoying the sunshine and having fun on the slides. Water attractions include the Foam race, the kamikaze, the waves pool and the Multi 6. There are also new attractions for this year which include a paintball alley, walking on water balls, Snuba and a great little mini golf for those of you who just don’t like getting wet.

The hidropark also has a restaurant, and it’s a lovely place to sit and enjoy your lunch while the family are off enjoying themselves. Picnics are not permitted in the hidropark.

We think the hidropark is great for families, because if you are staying in Alcudia its only a short walk from most hotels and its perfect for younger kids.
