These are the rules and regulations at the Alcudia Waterpark:

• For health and safety reasons you can not bring any kind of food and beverage from the exterior to the water park.
• Inebriated members will be refused entry or asked to leave.
• It is highly recommended that you use the lockers at the water park entrance to safeguard all your personal items (room-key, wallet …).
• For your own personal safety, guests are kindly requested to uphold the displayed rules and regulations at all times.
• No animals.
• No glass objects.
• Glasses and sunglasses should not be worn in pools and on slides
• Alcudia Waterpark does not accept responsibility for loss or theft of personal items.
• Lifeguard’s instructions must be followed at all times.
• Customers with contagious ailments must not use the pools and equipment.
• Refunds will not be given due to change in weather or malfunction beyond the park’s control.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 7 years must wear armbands.
• Armbands cannot be worn on Kamikazes and Spiral slides.
• Alcudia Waterpark reserves the right of entry.
